delicious chocolate cake

 cara buat kek ni mudah sangat dan tidak mengambil masa yang lama....

Ingredients

125g butter, softened (mentega)
2/3 cup castor sugar (gula castor)
1/3 cup icing sugar (gula ising)
1 1/4 cup self-raising flour (tepung naik sendiri)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (serbuk koko)
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (soda bikarbonat)
2 eggs (telur)
1 cup milk (susu)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (esen vanila)
pecan halve to decorate

Chocolate icing
1 cup icing sugar, sifted (gula ising, ayak)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 1/2 tablespoon boiling water (air mendidih)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (esen vanila)

Method

 1) preheat oven to 180C. grease baking dish and and line with paper.
panaskan oven pada 180C. sapukan tin kek dengan minyak/mentega dan alaskan dengan kertas minyak.

2) cream butter with sugar and icing sugar until light and fluffy. sift flour with cocoa powder and soda three times into a bowl. add flour mixture to butter with remaining ingredients and beat together until well blended.
pukul mentega dengan gula ising dan kastor sehingga kembang. ayak koko, tepung dan soda 3 kali. masukkan bahan-bahan ini kedalam butter yang dipukul tadi bersama lain-lain bahan. gaul hingga sebati (jangan terlebih gaul)
(you can add 1/2 cup raspberry jam at this stage if you like).
(anda boleh tambahkan 1/2 cawan jem rasberi jika suka, jadi kek coklat rasberilah)

3) spoon into prepared tin and bake for 40 minutes until cooked. turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
tuang kedalam acuan pembakar dan bakar selama 40 minit pada 180C atau hingga masak.

 4) to prepare icing: combine all ingredients in a bowl over simmering water and stir until smooth. pour over cold cake and spread with a knife dipped in hot water.
icing: campurkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk tahan panas dan letakkan atas air mendidih dan kacau hingga licin dan berkilat. tuang atas kek tadi.
